Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions run periodically.
Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
- 30-day return window — unused items in original packaging
- Size exchanges — apparel can be swapped for a different size at no extra charge
- Damaged items — email a photo to [email protected] and we’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked
- Refund method — refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
